The transfer of personal data takes place on the basis of appropriate legal mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses, the Privacy Shield regime or other similar legal instruments provided for in art. 45 or art. 46 RODO.
- In connection with the processing of Personal Data by Revofund as part of the Platform, Users and Registered Users have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
